She has dual licensure in New Jersey as a Licensed Associate Counselor and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor with her certification as a clinical supervisor and National Certified Counselor.

She has extensive experience and knowledge in the substance abuse field and working with clients with co-occurring disorders. She specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused approaches, Mindfulness Strategies, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She works diligently in helping clients overcome challenges with depression, anxiety, trauma, and other life issues.

Tina’s first priority is to create a safe and supportive environment, which she feels is an essential goal to lay the foundation for effective therapy and client growth. When clients feel safe and supported, they are more likely to feel comfortable enough to open up, share their experiences, and engage fully in the therapeutic process. She values creating a warm and nurturing environment where each member feels heard, valued, and understood.

Her approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and a genuine commitment to helping families and individuals. She is committed to diversity and is willing to work with clients of all ages.
