Mercina Stefanski, LSW

Mercina is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and received her master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling: Clinical Mental Health from Rutgers University. 

Mercina is experienced in serving multiple populations including children, adolescents, adults, and families throughout in-home, outpatient, and residential settings. Mercina has treated depression, anxiety, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, ODD, adjustment disorders, and mood disorders. 

Mercina's goal is to successfully work with clients to achieve goals based on a collaborative, unique process with a foundation of empathy, congruence, and unconditional positive regard. 

Mercina utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength Based Approach, and Mindfulness based approaches to assist clients in their journey.
