Brittany is experienced in providing individual and group therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults. Her clinical experience includes working with depression, anxiety, PTSD, personality disorders, stress management, ADHD, thought disorders, and bipolar disorders. She is a strong advocate for the LGBTQA+ community and has worked with many individuals undergoing gender affirmation surgery, questioning gender or sexual orientation, and many other LGBTQA+ concerns. She has a passion for working with survivors of gender based violence including domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, stalking, and bullying.

Therapy is not a “one-size-fits-all,” therefore she incorporates various therapeutic interventions into sessions with individuals including Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (DBT for PTSD), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, Art Therapy, Empowerment Therapy, and Traditional Psychotherapy.

The therapeutic relationship between a therapist and client is unique and extremely important. Brittany truly cares about each and every client and seeks to validate, empathize with, and empower each one.
